guidance of experienced staff.
This role involves periods of lone working,
particularly when other members of the gardening team are engaged in community
outreach or educational programs. Candidates must therefore be comfortable
working independently and following established safety procedures.

support community or outreach activities as required
About you
- Able to identify and resolve garden maintenance issues, using a range of gardening tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- A proactive and reliable individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to respond professionally to enquiries and concerns.
- A genuine passion for horticulture and nature conservation, with the fitness and enthusiasm to work outdoors year-round.

Safeguarding
Westminster Abbey is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults at risk.
